Leadership isn’t black and white—it’s full of color. It’s the daily decisions, big and small, that shape culture, build trust, and determine whether people stay or walk away. Without clear values and intention, leadership becomes unstable, leaving teams lost and uninspired.
At the Chef Conference we are gathering to connect, learn, and be inspired. But inspiration can fade without action. Let’s take action together.
What will you take home?
What shift will you make?
This industry won’t change on its own.
The Event: Are you a leader worth following?
Leadership is a relationship. Join us after the Chef Conference’s Sunday sessions for a meaningful gathering and lively (NA) sips.
$35 registration (includes beverages)
20-25 hospitality leaders and friends
30 minutes to gather for cocktails and browse the art
1-1.5 hour group workshop and discussion
30 more minutes to make deeper connections
This isn’t about finding a perfect formula—it’s about discovering what leadership feels like when it’s rooted in clarity and purpose. We communicate our values in the way we lead a room, the way we guide a team, and the way we show up every day.
